State Update
All Arizona agencies undergo a periodic Sunset Review whereby the state legislature reviews the agency's activities and recommends its continuation or termination. The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is currently undergoing its Sunset Review.
Senator Al Melvin, (R-Tucson) has introduced SB1339: department of housing; continuation, which recommends continuation of the Arizona Department of Housing until July 1, 2022.
Please contact your legislators and share how ADOH and the state Housing Trust Fund have improved the quality and affordability of housing in your communities.
Tell your legislators to continue the Arizona Department of Housing for 10 more years and to preserve the State Housing Trust Fund.
