Matthew Perrenod, Chief Lending Officer, Housing Partnership Network
Housing Partnership Network is a business collaborative of the nation's leading housing and community development nonprofits. Matthew Perrnod manages the Network's lending and investment affiliates, the Housing Partnership Fund and Housing Partnership Ventures. He leads the development and implementation of innovative loan and investment products targeted a members' real estae and business financing needs.
Dr. Eugenio Aleman, Senior Economist, Wells Fargo Bank
Eugenio J. Alemán is a director and senior economist at Wells Fargo. He forecasts national, regional, and international economic trends. His primary focus is the United States, including interest rates and the economies of Texas and Arizona. Dr. Aleman's commentaries have appeared in national publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Washington Post, and USA Today, as well as many national and international media outlets including Associated Press, Reuters, and Bloomberg News. He has also made appearances on CNBC and in U.S. Hispanic media outlets.

Tom Capp, COO, Gorman and Company shared the cautious but optimistic mood of the tax credit industry reflecting an increase in investor demand. In the future, look for more partnerships, especially with public housing authorities, de-leveraging of exisiting projects, and a focus on preservation.
