Executive Director (posting date: 07/19/17), First Place - AZ The Executive Director of First Place–Phoenix is responsible for assuring the overall well-being of residents at First Place through the shared development, implementation and oversight of life at First Place, including the physical property and delivery of high-quality programs and services. Develops staffing plans and operating budgets. Project Manager - Contract Temporary 2 years (posting date 07/26/17), City of Flagstaff - AZ The Project Manager position is part of a broadband series in which incumbents are responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks. Duties range from routine to the most complex of project management responsibilities requiring incumbents to take initiative, make judgment calls, and make decisions for the projects/processes for which they are assigned. There are three zones within the broad band. Transition Program Director (posting date 07/19/17), First Place - AZ The Transition Program Director ensures the procedures and staffing are in place to successfully recruit, interview and onboard new program participants. Participates in developing, administering and monitoring budgets.  Develops, tracks, and reports output and outcome measures (both qualitative and quantitative – including but not limited to: quality of life indicators, staff satisfaction, participant satisfaction, resident defined goal attainment scaling, etc.) to evaluate program and implements continuous quality improvement efforts based on ongoing evaluation results. The Transition Program Director reports to the President/CEO, this position is also responsible for the organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s operational support functions.  Click here for more information and where to apply.
